Reception

Anne Austin & Anne Liston and their team of receptionists have the unenviable task of running the surgery timetables and trying to fit dozens of requests for doctors’ appointments into a fairly tight schedule. If the doctor that you have requested is not available it may be that they are already heavily booked or may be away on an educational course or on holiday. The receptionist will do her utmost to make the next best alternative arrangement. They are there to help you – not to prevent you from seeing the doctor.
