PLEASE MAKE A NOTE OF THIS VERY IMPORTANT NUMBER so that it is easily obtained when required in an emergency situation.

This service is used every evening from 18:00 until 08:00 the following morning and from 18:00 on Friday until 08:00 on Monday morning.

When using this service you may be requested to attend at the Princess Royal Hospital to see a doctor. Alternatively, they may offer you advice on the telephone.

• Monday & Wednesday 7:00am to 8:00am
• Tuesday, Thursday & Friday 7:30am to 8:00am
• Wed Evenings & every 4th Friday 18:30 to 20:00

Enhanced Access

• Weekday Evening 18:30 to 20:00 at PCN surgeries
• Saturdays  9:00 – 17:00 at PCN surgeries

Your needs will be assessed and you will be given advice about whether you need:

• Treat yourself at home
• Go to a Primary Care Centre

If you need face to face medical attention you may be asked to attend a Primary Care Centre.
